So my thesis is finally done. Well, the rough draft and presentation are done, which means it feels done. Hopefully there won't be too many changes to make for the final draft over the next two weeks ( Read more... )

Well, I don't really have Barnard as an option since I'm going for law school...but otherwise I'd consider it!

was chosen as Rothman scholar at USC. parents are freaking out, thinking that rankings are all that matter. have convinced themselves that a free ride to the 16th law school and a guaranteed firm internship that first summer somehow means i'll never, ever be successful. bah.

i have until friday to decide, sometime during my visit to berkeley. much craziness.

Sigh, parents. Boo.

I fell apart at mine over the weekend and they told me it was my decision and they'd give the same support either way. And this was before the Columbia money.

I sent my "no thanks" e-mail to NYU this morning. Eeeee.

Have fun in Berkeley! And make your own decision, not your parents'.
