It could be stress or maybe your just worried about getting your first job, cause when I was looking for my first job I found it hard to get some sleep. Try putting your mind on something else. Or when it doubt get a nice massage.
Cool on getting on the exercise routine, i'm sure you'll do great!

Y'know...a warm bath might be a good idea. I don't like milk. But a warm bath and some melatonin might do the trick.

As for sleeping...reading or watching TV makes me tired. Watch happy cheerful stuff that make you feel warm and fuzzy afterward. Enchanted is a good movie for that. ^_^
