Talking with my project leader and a couple of guys at work this morning the topic of old (1980s vintage) computers and computer games came up. They're all from the fSU, so our memories are somewhat different with respect to software, although it turns out they are big Amiga and Commodore 64 fans. Actually I was imagining it as an economic game, but with Soviet style economics. So the goal is to make quota, not maximize profit, and opposition includes "capitialist propaganda", "equipment shortage" and so forth. When I'm done having fun with this I may ask him what the game was actually like.

Okay, that would make it not so fun.

I would make it more like Leather Goddesses and Lounge Lizard, though. Well, it would for me, anyway, since I'd likely be playing it for humor value.
