Wow. There's just something about that idea of fucking yourself, yet not yourself and you know what'll get you off but you're doing it for someone who isn't you and it's all deliciously screwed up but sexy as hell and not just that it's THE RAYS ...
Hee! And yes, it's such a twisty thing- like a mobius strip and godel's theorem all in one package . I'm so happy you liked! *beams* *picks you up and dusts you off*
I am heart-tugged by the bit about Vecchio not drinking because of his Pa (and why have I never seen this even mentioned in fic before?) and I am oddly charmed by this:
There’s no…history, with Kowalski’s apartment. He wasn’t a kid, here. No Pa, no Ma, no arguments, no Victoria. Memories seep into the walls of houses, and all he has here are some dumb photos on the wall of Benny, a shamrock, and a turtle. All that’s here is Kowalski’s history- half empty bottles, chipped mugs and feet outlined on the floor. He finds he doesn’t mind that, really. Doesn’t mind steeping himself in someone else’s history, cause he’s still too raw to be himself, would just be marking time until another change was due.
That's just....mmmm. And the bit about Fraser, also mmm, because OF COURSE they both love him.
Hee! Yes, yes I DID! I loved the comment in ignazwisdom's post; the idea caught my attention *g*.
*hearts back* I'm so happy you liked it! I always wish ray and his father were dealt with more in fic, because he's so obviously screwed up by this...hmm...
And of COURSE they're in love with fraser! *beams*

He catches glimpses of them in the dresser mirror, jarring dissonance between what he feels and where his face is.
