You say so much in just a handful of words, scattering Ray's hitory left and right. I particularly like this: They solved cases, yeah, played indifferent cop, borderline cop like it was what they’d done for years, bumped shoulders and hips walking, held hushed conversations in dark warm closets, brushed hands. and, of course, the way RayK treats his toys.

thank you. ah, I love canon *g*. Seriously, referring to things is so much easier than in original fic *hides from other writing*, and that's one of my very favourite things. I'm glad you liked, thank you again

I really like this. Interesting language and a lovely build-up of tension. Usually I like Kowalski to bottom in a V/K fic, but this worked out just right with their mutual respect and admiration. Well done. :)

thank you kindly *g*. It's...I guess a lot of the attraction of the due South men is that all three of them could either be top or bottom, and fics have worked superbly with all permutations. And hehe, I think both rays would have a fair bit to say about lack of respect ^-^

God, yeah, this is them. I like that you kept the snark to a minimum, but still kept it, because to me, snark IS them.

The toys image in both funny and yet poignant. Kowalski would do all of these things.

thank you. I think snark is totally an essential part of them, but it...sometimes eclipses everything else, until you wonder why they haven't killed each other *g*. And hehe, glad you liked the toys thing- Kowalski was totally a twisted child

“You do this to all your toys, Kowalski?”

Smartass. But we notice he isn't exactly trying to escape.

I wonder if Fraser is aware that he's destined to become the warm, gooey center of a Ray/Fraser/Ray sandwich? Seriously, I'd love to see the look on his face when he finds himself suddenly double-teamed. Heh heh.

I enjoyed this thoroughly. Thank you!

*g* thank you (and omg, sorry this is so late *hides*). I think Fraser's on the plane reading Sartre with no. idea. what's going to happen in the carpark of O'hare *snickers*
