Fascinating site for Seattle history

I recently finished reading "Sundown Towns: A Hidden Dimension of American Racism" by James Loewen. It's a fascinating history of residential segregation in the United States that describes how thousands of towns, cities, and suburbs throughout America, and many thousands more neighborhoods in multi-racial cities, were consciously made all-white. thanks - that was really fascinating. as a third-generation seattleite and of japanese descent, i found it to be, well, depressing, but definitely compelling.
