Is she STILL writing about her trip to Britain?

Yes!

But this is the last travelogue post, and it’s filled with castle-y goodness. (Not to mention the traditional exotic bathroom photo.)

We hadn’t even made it Scotland yet in my previous Britain ’07 entry. So buckle up because today we’re going to cover a lot of ground before we board the plane back to the Colonies.

Oh wow, what a post and photos! I'm in the middle of packing so I'll have to finish reading when I get back from Orcas Island. My daughter and I spent four days in York and thought the minster was one of the most amazing place we'd seen in England. Touring the basement with the layers dating back to Roman times was truly fascinating.

Yes, this is the longest entry in the history of blogging.

I'm glad you and your daughter got to spend FOUR days (lucky!) in York. I need to schedule more time on our next trip ... sometime in 2020, when we might be able to afford it again!

Have fun on Orcas Island.

Why do you say "still?" I am FAR from tired of these posts. What gorgeous pictures! There's a problem, though, Mo. I have a big complaint.

Where's a pic of YOU? Huh?

Heh.

I'm flattered ... but I'm kind of beige.

Not as interesting as castles!

You could've kept going -- I love these posts, you know. And the castles are gorgeous!

Beautiful pictures...sigh. Makes me really, really long to go back! All the castles we looked at were in Wales (we -- meaning I -- were tired of them after that)...but these are very cool!
