I suppose there are writers that would have been upset at a smaller crowd, but they have to be writers that have not done four hundred, or more people night after night.

When I read that in DM I was appalled. Not because Ronnie had hit the triple digits but because LKH was dragging yet another decent character through the mud to make Anita look better. It was like saying, "Oh if you think that Anita is a ho... check this out."

Yeah, LKH made sure to hammer THAT into us (pun intended) more than once. It frankly pissed me off. I mean, really, why would they need to LIST THE NUMBER and shit????

I was in Borders yesterday and I saw they had a special display for the book. I didn't even slow down.

Hahahaha! *wipes eyes* No you don't. And I agree with you. LKH shouldn't be allowed to use the word "do." Well unless she admits that her books have turned into a steaming pile of do do. Then she can use the word twice in a row. I won't be mad at her.

Oh gods. I'm tempted to say she should just be banned from using active voice altogether, but somehow sentences like "we haven't done the con in years" would sound even sluttier in passive voice. T___T Even her diction is repugnant.
