Does anyone still read this?

Anyway, I am at work with nothing better to do so I figured I would entertain my once-adoring live journal fans to a slight update of where I have been and what I have been doing.

As for graduate school:

This was a fun one.

Pfft. I will never understand how anyone who grows up in Massachusetts doesn't like baseball. You accuse me of being anti-French, but you, my friend, are anti-American! J'accuse!

Yeah, I miss LJ, but I'm not as interesting once I left France. Mainly, I watch the West Wing all day and wait for my grandparents to fall ill, at least, thats how it seems...

But I think I'm back for awhile. Glad youre glad I'm back ;-).

You know girl . . . I really commend you for even applying to those big name schools. I wouldn't even dare. I never even tried. But, you probably had a great chance of getting in. The other schools you were accepted to sound great! Where are you thinking about going? I wish you luck on whatever choice you make. You'll do great anywhere you go I'm sure! ;)

Well thank you! I get that a lot, people impressed that I applied to all of these Big Name Schools. What they (thankfully) fail to point out (or recognize, but I ain't saying anything) is that I got rejected by most of them. And, I forgot to put this in the post:

HARVARD'S REJECTION LETTER WAS ON PHOTOCOPIED LETTERHEAD!

I was insulted, as someone who works for attorneys. I recognize bond paper damnit, spend the extra 5 cents before killing my hopes and dreams will ya?
