Issues with the new patch

So I ran into a bit of a snag with my attempt to patch the software per Talisker's instructions, but I was able to punch in the information manually. Here are a couple tricks to help you guys

i downloaded the client and the patch above and got this: "Failed to create session. Couldn't get session from server, try again later." i click okay and i get this "Could not generate web request."
help?
