I made a really ghetto mod of LJ.NET to convert all my old journal entries to friends only. Seems there's a lack of tools out there to do this (Googling yields only a tool that used to work

That would be so awesome. I recently decided I wanted to make all entires friends only, and I'm dreading having to go through each entry. Let us know when you get it up and running for the public, ne?

I need to convert my LJ in this kind of way. If you could let me know how to do it that would be really great. I am not much of a coding genius but could get someone to help me figure it all out if you give me the basics.

i know a few others, besides myself, that need to do that too. like someone posted previously, it would literally take hours for me to do it manually, and quite literally days for some of the people i know who want to do it.

This would be a most useful tool! Especially if it had the option to convert all to private entires as well.
