Last summer weekend
Had a great weekend with Tyrion. We went to the Brookfield Zoo on Saturday, and saw lions and tigers and bears and seals and dolphins and monkeys and apes and pachyderms and rare ungulates of all sorts, and we picknicked and played on the playground and walked all over the place and earned ourselves a helluva night's sleep. Tyrion is home!
The flight went well, the weekend was great, and I have Tyrion back now. He's talking up a storm - so much so that he's created an imaginary friend, named 'Michael', which kinda creeps me out. 's all good, though. He's energetic and healthy and as friendly and loving and cute as ever. It's good to be a dad again. -

I fly out to pick up Tyrion tonight!!!
Yeah, I'm a wee bit excited. It's been 7 months. It'll be like learning to be a Daddy all over again. Yikes. I have the house (mostly) clean, anyways, so that's a start. And preschool is lined up, which is another weight off. Now... geez, I don't know!

Happy New Year's Eve
I took Tyrion ice skating today. His first time ever! And yes, he is a better skater than I am, why do you ask? At least he doesn't have that far to fall.
