Yes, that'd be me strapping on the gloves, for 'bout a split-second. I worked with my fellow instructors, Master Riccardo, and several of our students for over six hours to create this one minute of film. Fun stuff. It'll be going on Spike TV, Versus, and elsewhere pretty soon (at least that be the plan). Enjoy!

Pretty cool. I've been poking around in my area for a decent martial arts school (no idea what style I'd want). The gym is getting a little boring.

Yeah, that's part of what drove me to martial arts nine years ago. Careful, it's addictive.
