Eeee! You're doing Yuletide! *twirls you* Welcome to the funhouse.

So, on the Temeraire one, any specific book setting you like? Feelings on Iskierka? Friendship with Laurence/relationship with Little? Not like I'd ever want to treat you for any reason, of course.

I'm so excited!! Also a little terrified!

You know, I will be very honest, I haven't read the series for a while and I am a little fuzzy on details. I do love his friendship with Laurence. I don't remember much about Little but I love that he's in a relationship and happy. I would happily ship Laurence/Granby if Laurence were so inclined and if both weren't otherwise committed. I find Iskierka a bit annoying but I love how Granby dotes on her.

I don't know any of your fandoms! *wails*

*pets you* The only fandom I know of yours is Temeraire! Yuletide does that. Tiny fandoms tend to be tiny.

Though really, I haven't dragged you over to read 's books yet? I have failed in my duties as your friend. I think you'd really like Order of the Air especially. Alma has a lot of Sam Carter in her, Jerry Ballard has a ton of Daniel Jackson, I can't decide if Mitch Sorley is more Cameron or Sheppard. Stasi is Vala. You know, if they were all WW1 vets in the late 20s and most of the 30s. Who have magic and airplanes.

She helped write the sequels to Atlantis that fixed pretty much everything I hated about the last few seasons, including Elizabeth's death

Really though, Yuletide is fun. Make sure you offer to write fandoms you love, relax, and remember the other person is normally just as thrilled as you are to get anything in the tiny fandom of their heart. And we can cheerlead each other on throughout the whole process.

Oh man, you gotta read Brandon Sanderson, I think you'd love his stuff. He is known for awesome female protagonists and meticulously detailed (and unique) magic systems. (also Dalemark, you would love Dalemark)

I have heard of her but I guess I haven't read any of her stuff! I will check it out, sounds fabulous. :D

woohoo!!
