header/sidebar won't show up?

No matter what layout I used, overrides I know have worked before or not, my header/sidebar will not show up. I've pasted individual codes as entries and the images will show up, but not within the actual overrides. don't really know what I'm doing wrong. help?

You have to put a website url where it asks for your homepage on your profile.
