layout help

alright so i've had a journal for a few years, but stopped updating.  so i haven't logged in for about .... 2 years?  when i finally logged in again(today)i saw the new setup and now i'm completely lost :[

i can't remember how to edit my journal with the overrides section ... i used to know it really well.  does anybody know where i can go for help

I am trying to run a graphics journal...but I need help figuring out how to post my icons, the teasers, and how to do the cut...
