that book I was writing

Why can I never finish anything? I have three books that are pre' far along, in the 10K-15K range, and then I lose focus. Bleh.

On that I was just looking at was that really personal one, The Plan -- four chapters and coming in at about 15k. According to my journal, I wrote a fifth chapter, but I can't find it

I have at least three unfinished novels. I am moving towards getting organised to finish them. I've printed out the first three chapters of one novel and need to start summarising them so I can get the story into a coherent shape. You'd think now I'm retired I'd have plenty of time, but somehow that doesn't happen.
