FAQ 17 should probably mention secret questions and contain a link to FAQ 287.

Edit: Changed from status-pending to status-rejected because:
1) the comments are right, there is a link there - I was looking for the words "security question" not "alternate method".
2) gerg is much more specific in his suggestion.

There already is - the "alternate method" is a link to FAQ 287.

FAQ 17 is being updated, too, based on my draft from earlier - you might want to comment there too.
