I just replied to a friend who lives in Australia.
Wishful thinking that we could airlift a blanket of snow like the one in your photo and drop it on their fires. He said some are burning since last September/October.

I'd send them the cold too, if I could. It's 10 F where I am right now, and we're supposed to get more snow this coming weekend.
