I have been blogging for a pretty long time, if you consider the fact that 9 years is more than a third of my lifetime. I'm 21 years old and just graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Digital Design & Web Authoring, so I know a bit about websites too.
I started out blogging on scribble.nu and moved to livejournal when ohhello.net disappeared. I'm still sad about that, but I quickly learned that lj offers one key item that scribble did not: interaction with your readers. The ability to comment on entries and participate in communities is what keeps me here.
Sure, I've tested out xanga, deadjournal, blurty, blogger....but I always keep coming back.
It would be an amazing opportunity to work with livejournal in any capacity and I would love to represent you on the advisory board.
