How to get the userpic in an entry of a friend?

Hi,

I use http://exampleusername.livejournal.com/data/rss to get the recent entries of a friend. But there is no Userpic information in the response though some entries have the Userpic with it. Please help me, is it  available to get friends entries with Userpic used in it?

If you're writing a client, that information is included in the data returned by the getevents call for the client-server protocol. See http://www.livejournal.com/doc/server/ljp.csp.protocol.html. If you need to use the rss URL and would like that information added to it, see the profile of the suggestions community for requesting changes to LiveJournal.

Thanks for your reply. But getevents call only can get the entries of user self and userjournals, for example some communities user has joined. It seems getevents call cannot get the entries of a friend. The server always return "Don't have access to requested journal".
