comment related methods added to XMLRPC API

Some more undocumented functions added to the XMLRPC API:

One can now get comments for a post via the API as well as manage comments (delete, edit...). They presumably added these for their iPhone app.

As always, its nice that they documented these and let everyone now that there are new USEFUL methods to play with :/...LOL.
