What program do you use? I use decor them in Photoshop then when I want to save it I transfer it to imageready, click at 2-up then click save optimized as. And I save it in jpeg file not png

haha many people never do that, just try this trick, if you don't understand just ask me ;)

That's a great trick. I never used ImageReady for saving banners. But it sounds really easy and I will try it. :)
