The weather has continued to be lovely, which is making me happy. After the winter we had, we deserve a nice spring.

I went over to Danforth Falls today for some woods & water therapy. The water is still quite high from all the snowmelt, and the falls were very energetic.

I could tell by the shape of its head that it wasn't poisonous, but I really didn't see it until it slipped into the water, so if it had been, I'd have been toast. I don't *think* we have copperheads around here, but I don't know that for sure. I really should be more cautious.

What beautiful, beautiful photos!

I love water pics. We have so little water here, but I grew up with it all around.

That's a very handsome snake.

Hope your weather continues lovely!

Thank you! I love that there's so much water around here: rivers, streams, ponds. I don't think I could live in a dry place, even though I've always been fascinated by deserts.

Lovely! I miss the sound of waterfalls sometimes - not enough rocks round here!

I've not seen any snakes here yet but there have been lizards sunning themselves on the banks.

I love waterfalls. I sat by it for a while, just listening to the water crashing on the rocks.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm really gratified that my friends think snakes are cool. My downstairs neighbor, when I told her about it, said, "Ew! I hate snakes!"
