It is very charming. Too bad it's next door to an elementary school! I can't imagine the noise during recess. ;)

*laugh* Too true! And frogs are just as bad; about the time you get into good shooting range, *ploonk* into the water.

I love stalking wildlife with a camera, though. It makes use of my hunting skills, which don't get much exercise in this body/life, and satisfies my predatory nature.

Yes, absolutely right about frogs. They are so hard to capture with a lens!

It is fun to 'hunt' them, though. :)

That's a lovely selection of pictures.

The rose was lovely. The dew drops were lovely. The swallowtail was especially lovely.

And let's not forget the iris:-)
