I want to write up my thoughts on LOST before I read too many other write-ups. Cut for spoilers if you haven't seen it, or don't care.

I'm glad to hear it ended up being a good ride for those who went along for it. Unfortunately, the show was guilty of being impossible to make heads or tails out of if you joined it late, so by the time I heard through the grapevine that I should be watching it, I found myself falling asleep every time I tried to watch it. (I've only had a DVR for about a year now, and Netflix for about about two weeks now. If you make your show so you cannot miss an episode, you lose the luddites very quickly

I agree! I really hope this leads to further intelligent genre television.
