Weatherbug is telling me about severe thunderstorm warnings. Um, no kidding! The pounding rain and booming thunder is directly overhead. They're also warning me about flooding. Sheesh! I don't remember having this many days of thunderstorms this early in the season before.

Eee! I'm sure it would be madness, but I kind of really want a SmartCar.

If you live in the city, it's the perfect car! I can imagine buzzing around Beacon Hill or the North End in one of them. *g*

I know! The catch for me is that I don't drive in the city--I walk. The car is almost entirely for getting to/from the stable, and that's mostly highway driving. So I'd have to check into the safety aspect, and into how it handles snow.

But I'll probably be car-shopping in a year or two, so we'll see!
