lame excuse or legitmate health concern?

my wrist and forearm have been really aching the last couple of days....likely tendonitis.  Therefore, is the back and forth pressing motion of the elipticals going to aggrivate it further?  Or am I just plain lazy?  It seems to me like the most diplomatic solution is procrastination.  To the gym with me tommorow!

Do what I do occasionally and try to elliptical without your arms. Teaches you very quickly how good or bad your balance is.
