But is it better to go out kicking ass then to kind of drift away until your playing one or two games a year for some lame team like the Texans? Who'll take a bet that if Dancing with the Stars is still on in five years, Mr. Favre will be ( Read more... )

I hate to say this but I bet you're right. Brett, why couldn't you have just stayed retired. You're being an idiot.

Oh, I love you. Not just because you agree with me about Mr. Favre (which is just so sad I wish I knew him so I could talk some sense into him). But really, because your icon is absolutely the best thing I have ever seen. Ever. You got almost all of my pet peeves - except for reins and reigns. I even got in trouble over at ffn for pointing it out to someone. (I swear I did it nicely!) Except (guilty confession time) I'm a little guilty of the eg/ie thing when taking notes in class, but I'm trying so hard to keep up that I try to forgive myself.

You can defuse a bomb, but diffusing it might be a bad idea

The one good thing about this whole thing with Farve? At least it's been taking up the majority of the news cycle so we haven't been hearing election news.

I adore that icon and wish more people would notice it and realize that they're making some of the same mistakes (especially in the TM fandom.)

--I'm certain that you did. It's just some people can't take concrit even when the reviewer does it in the nicest possible way. Eh, you know what? It's notes in class, no one but you and possibly a few other people are going to read them and as long as you get the information pertaining to the class correct, it shouldn't matter as much. Unless of course, this is an English or grammar class.
