For any and all Seattle folks, The Sunset Bowl is closing and being turned to evil soulless spawns of Satan mixed use condos. Farewell to bowling pin shaped beers, late-night karaoke and good time cheap party central. Are there even any bowling alleys left now that Leilani and Sunset are gone/going? Lame-o.

Poor Allison. I thought she was going to lay off the sauce this year. That's the second time this season she's canceled on skiing for a hangover. No fun!

As far as bowling alleys ... there's still Garage ... on of the most fun bars on Capitol Hill.

Ray and I have spend the morning (early afternoon) sitting around drinking coffee and watching a DVD of the first season of Friday Night Lights. I'm not sure what I think so far. But with sore legs, it seems like the best way to spend a Sunday. :)

How could I forget about the Garage? Jeez, I really need to get a life. Haven't been there in forever and a day, but I love it. That takes a tiny bit of the sting away.

And yay for FNL! I just watched Friday's episode this afternoon. Sigh ... the first season has some seriously good tv going on. Oh, shit, the CBC just reported an avalanche at a BC resort. I wonder if it was Whistler? Nope. Big White. Never even heard of it.

I was about to ask about the Frontier room when it reminded me of there being no sex in the frontier room which of course reminded me that no matter what the stripper tells you ...
