Funny story from the phones.

One of my sales reps, Toya is trying to sell a computer to a woman, and it's over her budget by a lot, so the woman is trying to back out by saying her husband won't be okay with it. It turns into this:

customer: Oh, my husband is going to be so mad!
Toya: Well, just talk to him and see what he says
Customer: Ok, but he's going to be so mad! He's going to come in and start choking me!
Toya: Girl, if he starts choking you, I will call 911 on my backline!

It's probably funnier if you can read it in Toya's voice.

And I have faith that you'll find a job soon. Certain frustrations with my own job has me keeping an eye for better pay and opportunities too. If only bills didn't exist ....
