I love the way you've shown Jim and Kate's relationship here. They clearly care about each other but there's a level of restraint that makes sense based on their history. I really like the way that he's rooting for Castle. Can't wait for more!

Oh, you described what I wanted to come across from the story so well, put in fat better into words than me, lol, YOU should be writing the story.:) yes, jim and kate care about the other deeply, but there is that gap between them, still, created by her moms murder and jims later drinking..which only reminds me we will read about that one further in the story so Ill better shut up now! ;) More will come probably tomorrow.:)

I love the way you've included the Kate/Jim relationship in this story. His counselling has been a wonderful part of this story. This is another great chapter, I really feel for Kate and how displaced she feels.

Thank you, I was kinda suprised how well that worked out in the end, the involvenment of jim in the story. he showed a far more important character in the end that i originally planned to. and there is even more counseling to come, dont worry.;) I cannot even imagine to be in a position like kate, having your world torn apart to rebuild again.
