Liz, I think you're a very classy and principle-driven person! Anyone who makes you feel bad because of the money his/her parents (or grandparents) earned is the uncouth one. It sounds overly simple but I think that if you believe in yourself and carry yourself with the poise that comes from that belief, you will find that you're a real lady.
