i am thinking of deleting myself entirely from the internet.

it makes me ashamed of how seriously this would affect my life.

i feel like i would feel free, but then again i am afraid of regretting it immediately.

Nah, you'd get super bored. At least wait a couple months until it's warmer out, then you'll have things to do. Oh wait, you don't leave the house ever.

Perhaps you just have to immerse yourself more fully?
Twitter?

i love/hate but mostly hate the internet and i totally empathize. i've internalized this weird moral order of things where some websites are old, established and familiar, and therefore unoffensive (livejournal, myspace) whereas other websites are too flashy and vulgar, too accessible and therefore just "wrong" (facebook, twitter). then, there is neutral ground (wikipedia, blogs, netflix). i don't know how to proceed. i miss the thursday message board...

The internet is inherently upsetting man. You can't exactly live with or without it. But I mean, that said, you usually have pretty amusing things to say on the internet, so it'd probably my my internet experience a little less worthwhile were you to erase your face from the world wide web. C'mon man. Think about your fans!
