Pretty sure that the plague = a sinus infection. I probably just had a cold for the first few days, but it's definitely only gotten worse. The past three days I've been treading water with the same symptoms. And the last time I can remember ever being this miserably sick was my senior year of high school. And guess what I had then? You have to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. They are the only thing that works for a sinus infections (cause it's an infection of bacteria, not viral). Plus, you can tell if it's that and not allergies if you blow your nose and your tissue comes out colored. Gross, I know, but I always tell everyone that cause I didn't know till last year when I got a sinus infection. You really should treat it too, cause mine went untreated and I ended up with an inner ear infection. So if you start losing your hearing, run back to the doctor as fast as you can. =)

Yep, whoever said antibiotics are the way was right. I get sinus infections sometimes after I fly on airplanes during crazy weather shifts (i.e. -20 hanover winter to 80 degree humid florida)... and they only get worse! thank goodness your mom is sending you some meds!

p.s. my laptop is in the shop, so I won't be on aim at all for a while. SADNESS. we will have to communicate via journals!
it's like I've lost a child. I can't live without my laptop! I have uploaded my calendar and files to the casque and gauntlet computer, where I will now sit and do all of my work. thank goodness for senior societies with nice new Mac computers for me to use :)
