Argh! Slightly delayed on dog walk by mild Spike misbehaviour and photography. This entry's ten minutes late already so I'm just sticking in a swift picture post.
Good morning Liz :-) I've just got up. Please don't murder me eh? Perhaps you could save my life instead, or is that against the rules rather than creative?
my neighbor gave me some fresh homegrown catnip the other day, and I now have a green stain in the carpet. Giddy just ground it right into the rug...oh well...
I think I have to abandon you and Omaha now. I can't keep my eyes open one more second...it's 3 am here...sorry, but I just have to go to bed. I'll check you again tomorrow when I get up.
ok, that's what I was going to say. I hit reply and forgot what I was going to say and then went to my friends list and remembered what it was I was going to say and then had to come back in here and hit reply again.
The song you listed: Voodoo Child by Rogue Traders. Thank you! I was wanting to listen to it on my song player, but it listed about 35 different artist who sang/played it and I didn't know which one was played during the Doctor Who episode.
Ha, yes! The funny thing is, it's so TOTALLY not my style of music at all - but it was so very very perfect in that episode that it grew on me. And playing it repeatedly for two hours solid has made it grow even more.
Probably the same here, but there are parts of the song that I really like and I know for a fact that I never would have found or listened to them if they weren't being played in something I was watching.
*looks through playlist* Take the song 'American Music' by the Violent Femmes for example. The only reason I added that to my list of songs is because it went so well with a Quantum Leap fanvid I watched.
*looks again* 10,000 Miles by Mary Chapin Carpenter is another one. I positively LOVE that one, but had no idea it even existed until I watched a movie (Fly Away Home) my mom gave me for Christmas or my last birthday and the song played in the very beginning and when the girl was flying with the geese on her own. I always sing with it as well as I can, but I'm a somewhat high soprano and I think she is an alto.
Should I post an entry of all the songs I have on my playlist? :D

I'd never murder anyone who didn't volunteer for it!
