Although it's deeply weird seeing a male Starbuck and Boomer, and who's this Athena chickie? I never realised how close they'd kept the look of the ships to the original, either.

I found it weird seeing a female Starbuck and Boomer. :D I wouldn't call myself a fan of the original BSG but I've seen plenty of worse shows. I must revisit it some time.

It shows its age a bit, but then don't we all? I'm certainly not enjoying it any less for having seen the new model first.

Though I could really do without Jane Seymour, the sprog and the fuzzy robot.

Yeah, apparently all the ships in the RTF but Colonial One, Cloud Nine and Pegasus are based on designs from the old BSG.

Beagles are beautiful when fluffy like that. Most can definitely benefit from some border collie intelligence, too.
