Try using a cortisone lotion or cream on those spots around your eye if you can get it. (just dab it with a q-tip so not to actually get it in your eye.)

I'll see if I can get some. And yeah, the big problem with putting anything on it is not getting it in my EYE, which would just make things even WORSE.

Yeah, my dad had that crap all over his body, the worse was on his arms where he'd been burned when he was younger, but he had patches on his cheek and between his eyes. So I can sympathize since I watched him applying that on every morning as part of his wake up routine. Before he started using that, he'd use Vaseline to keep it from flaking too badly.

*sends anti-psoriasis healing vibrations* I did a quick google and they mention sunlight exposure possibly helping, but it takes weeks and this is not a good time of year for sunbathing. Another thing I saw that seemed interesting was using a cotton ball to put apple cider vinegar on the areas. NOT something I'd do near the eyes, but it certainly wouldn't hurt toes.

And unlike cortizone cream, it goes on the scalp with minimal complications.

Much sympathy on the psoriasis. I've had it behind my ears for years, and consider myself blessed that it's nowhere else.

Yeah. :/ Though God knows it's bad enough behind the ears... *sympathies*
