I loved that dialogue from "Torchwood" too. Here's this supposedly top secret organisation who are so incompetent that even some little old lady knows all about them. :)

Torchwood's hilarious level of incompetancy is actually a selling point for the show for me. My faveourite scene is still:

"Who the hell orders pizza under the name Torchwood??"

Okay no srsly the weeping angel was the scariest and awesomest thing all weekend. I thought she was a prob at first because she just like parked in the hallway for awhile. It was beyond frightening when she lunged omg.
