RIP, darling

Yesterday morning, I lost one of my dear Chihuahuas, Alex. He had been a member of my family for nearly 9 years and was at least 15 years old though the vet thought he was several years older. So he was old and a chubster but it was still quite the shock. I'm doing okay, mostly, but I'm feeling extremely sad about the loss. I feel blessed to still

Oh honey, I am so so sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for you. He was a precious little boy.

If you need to talk you know I'm here for you. It's been almost six months since I lost my Peanut and I still spontaneously break out into tears every other day. They are so very much like our own children.
