I had actually been thinking about this earlier in the week, but it had slipped my mind until I saw someone mention "Hiatus Day" on Facebook. Can't really decide if April 28, 2002 seems like a million years ago, or just yesterday....

They so should. I had forgotten the date, but, man. A million years ago, also, just yesterday. My life is so different because of them, in so many good ways.

eight years! how is that possible?
I'm just glad I got to see them perform on that final tour, because that's a memory to treasure.

I still listen to their music with great joy, and wish they'd come back together to give us at least one reunion CD/tour, right? (I know it's not likely, but I'm still wishing)
