Hey, nwhepcat...

How do you know when you're getting old?

When you're driving home and are singing along with "What I Like About You" by the Romantics at the top of your lungs...

And as soon as the song fades out, you find out that you're tuned to the radio station that plays the "Classic Rock, Home of Yesterday's Hits" selection.

It could be worse. The local classic rock station down here has been playing Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and old Green Day for the last several years.

*snerk* Hey, I've done that... although the station I'm on just has "Best of the 70s, 80s, and whatever we feel like" as its tagline. But I'm young yet! I can't be old! I'm only 32! Woe! Alas! *clasps hand to forehead in mock angst* ; )

I don't mind so much the Classic Rock label, but when I heard a song that came out when I was in my 20s on an Oldies station, I got mad!
