Okay. Whew. I was getting antsy. Take it away, Puppet Master.

I found it oddly appropriate to have "What Does the Fox Say" in this episode, because my reaction, the first time I heard it, was very similar to the first time I watched this episode - "What the fuck just happened?" But the episode got funnier the second time I watched it (god, I just want to roll around in the rubble of the broken fourth wall and laugh), while the song ... did not. (Thankfully, that was only about the third time I heard it, hooray for living under a rock.)

And Brad! "Warn me before you talk", I nearly fell out of my chair laughing.

I still can hardly believe that Marley turned down a boy for the second week in a row. What do you mean, people can stay single by choice, Glee? I never knew.

Jesus, Kurt, what even are those hips??

I think "sinful" is the word you're looking for. Or maybe just "Humina..." since that was my reaction to those moves.

And I love that they've all bedazzled all the mics.

Hee! I noticed that Kurt's was bedazzled, but it's even better if everyone's was.

Kurt warns him not to be too bossy at McKinley, that they could see him as trying to be a puppet master, and I can't tell if Blaine is taking offense to the idea that anyone would see him as controlling, or that Kurt is the one saying so.

To me, that felt a lot like Kurt's criticism of Blaine in the Warbler days, the "Blaine and the pips" type thing. I got the impression that as soon as Kurt said it he had a moment of realising he'd overstepped and knowing Blaine well enough to know he'll take a little offence at that.

Fallout from the cheating incident, in one way or another, has come up two episodes in a row. One of these days Blaine and Kurt are going to finally have it out over that. It's going to be ugly but cathartic. You think? I ( ... )
