It's funny. I'm totally a Nick girl, but most of my fic is written from Joe's POV. One, because he's easier to write than Nick imo, but also because he's so FUN to write. Nick's brain is an intimidating place to wade around it. IN FIC. Joe is ridiculous and funny to write.
