These two continue to be utterly adorable together. I like the mix or romance and crime, especially as you managed to use it to better illuminate Lindsay's character, and give us some Lindsay and Jacobi time - Jacobi is one of my favourites and I love how you depict his relationship with Lindsay - the same with Cindy and Jill.

Thanks for this... and if you ever want another place to house these lovely stories, there's always P&P *g*

Thank you for the kind feedback - I really do enjoy Jacobi, too. And I'd be honored to have anything I've written hosted at your site. :)

For an utterly shitty night, you managed to make me grin and laugh.
For that - you have no idea the amount of thanks I owe you...

Sorry 'bout the brownout (shorthand for such rotten evenings), but glad to know the story helped a little. :)

god, what a great story! I don't even WATCH the show, and I was completely there with these characters. The best was the banter, SOOOOO brilliant.

*more flaily hands*

Eeeeee! How do you do this? They're just so cute, and perfect, and a little bit screwed up, and amazing!

I loved Jacobi's relationship with Lindsay, and the whole conversation between Cindy and Lindsay, and I liked that you used Cindy as the person we hear the exposition through - you didn't just put is out there arbitrarily, it was said for a reason.

Most of all, I just really love this. He stared at her quietly for what felt like two-thousand years. Cindy swallowed hard and tried to think of him as a scary statue, like one of the stone men of Easter Island, except with a Smith & Wesson and a trenchcoat. It's so very Cindy-esque.

They ARE cute, so writing them cute is pretty easy. Glad to know you enjoyed it, espec. the Cindy-think stuff. :)
