I have no actual work to do right now, and the mid week Doctor Who pang has goaded me into picspamming. This is the super trailer which appears at the end of the first Doctor Who Confidential. It is very, very spoiler heavy for several episodes, and my own comments and spec are further spoilery, so don't click the link if you don't want to know. It

21. ... a straw? In a wrapper?

I'm guessing 27. happens shortly before a clip from the trailer that followed Runaway Bride IIRC, in which we see the Doctor removing what looks like an oxygen mask. By the look of it, the air of New New York isn't breathable. That might also explain the need for the purple hanky, and why the cars are so closed-up, without windows etc.

I think the camper van things are actually from the New Earth/New New York episode... thy look neat, I can't figure out wtf they do though. Public transportation?
