TMI?

I had my Endoscopy yesterday. YUCK. That was not nice at all, not that I was expecting it to be, but it was really horrible.

I hate having an IV. The drugs to 'relax' you are just fucking awful. They don't relax, they just give you less control of your body. I hate that feeling. The surgeon had me count backwards from a 100. I get to about 80, and ( Read more... )

aw man, i keep hearing all these bad stories about experiences in hospital. A friend of mine recently went in for abdominal surgery to remove a cyst. Turns out they opened her up for no reason - it wasn't there! Bloody ridiculous.

Damn! I sure hope it wasn't there and they didn't like just miss it, because I've heard that shit one to many times.

I get most hospitsl stories aren't going to be good news, lets face it your there for a reason that isn't good. But really, sometimes with staff and Dr's, lack of communication, etc, it just makes everything worse. Dangerously worse.
