If it's commutable to downtown, and rentable, we'll steal it maybe. We're looking for a replacement for the rental house we sold in Oxford a couple months back.

Oh, I think I misunderstood. I believe it's rentable, since our other neighbor rented theirs out. There's an HOA, so it'd have to be within their guidelines.
