Kurt may not be around forever, maybe he’ll meet someone else (Blaine can’t help but think that Kurt only thinks he loves him because he is the first openly gay boy he’s met), or they’ll end up at colleges on opposite ends of the country in a year or so. But Blaine knows that he will always be waiting for Kurt, even after he’s gone, and so he resolves to make the absolute best of it while he can. And maybe, maybe, if he’s unbelievably lucky, they might make it.

Lies, Blaine. Lies. You and Kurt will be in love forever, and it's not because you're the first open gay guy he really knows, it's because you fit together perfectly. When you find something this perfect, you don't go looking for better options. Seriously.

Annnnnnnd, now that I'm done talking to a fictional character, excellent work on this story! Very in character and easily something we could see on the screen in the not too distant future. :D

I agree, obviously Kurt and Blaine will love each other forever and ever, but who doesn't love insecure!Blaine? I do, that's for sure.

aww, this was adorable.
I understand where Blaine's doubt comes from. But Kurt's in love with Blaine now, even with his faults. Not in love with the idea of him anymore.
