First day of work went good today, except instead of telling a child to not hit a child (or not do anything bad) you are suppose to say "It concerns me when you hurt Bobby. When you hit Bobby it can hurt him. Instead, how about sharing how you feel?" Doesn't sound too bad now, but when you repeat it 300 times during the day, then it is fun hah
